Robert at Elite Floorcovering was a fabulous choice! Obviously, the workmanship is a must. He and his team did superb work in refinishing the floors. He was fast and responsive, providing a quote within days of the request.
I had some change orders along the way and he made very fair price adjustments. He never oversold me, in fact the opposite, actually encouraging me to go with the natural no-stain look because he felt it was best even though less expensive.
One thing that bothers me about some contracting services is they always focus on the problems (usually to explain why their quote is so high) rather than the solutions. Robert just gave me the quote and said I'll get the job done - and he did!
